Papa Gino's

Papa Gino's Community Fundraisers

Two Great Ways To Earn Dough For Your Organization

1. Five-Hour Fundraiser

The Five-Hour Fundraiser offers not-for-profit groups the opportunity to earn 20% of sales during a predetermined time frame.

At least a couple weeks prior to the event, the group leader will sit down with the General Manager and complete a Community Fundraiser contract. They will be offered a five-hour period and can choose from the following options:

Pick a day: Sunday through Thursday
Pick a time: Lunch, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dinner, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Times and dates are at the discretion of the General Manager. We’ll always do everything we can to accommodate you!

The General Manager will review all items in the brochure with the group leader, including the checklist located inside the Fundraiser Brochure. The group leader will be given a fundraiser flyer that they are to fill in and distribute to the members of the group and others whom they hope to solicit to attend the fundraiser.

The groups hand out flyers to encourage friends, family and other local residents to dine at a specific Papa Gino’s location during the set date and time. When guests make their purchase and present the fundraising flyer, Papa Gino's will donate 20% of the guest's entire purchase to the benefiting group. Any not-for-profit group can hold a fundraiser. We hold hundreds of these fundraisers every year and are proud to be able to work with so many great groups.

A check will be issued from the corporate office within 4 weeks of the date of the fundraiser.

2. School Fundraising with Gift Cards

Schools can receive a discount on gift cards and sell them at face value to earn money.

For example, if your school purchases 500 $10 gift cards at a discounted rate of $4,500, your students and faculty can sell all of the gift cards at face value and earn $500 for your organization. It's that easy!  We bet people will be thrilled to buy a Papa Gino’s gift card and help out your not-for-profit organization at the same time!
